AskOwly Terms of Use
These terms explain how AskOwly screening works, what the service does and does not provide, and the rules that apply when someone uses the platform.
Last reviewed: May 21, 2026
AskOwly is an informational screening and referral platform. It helps users organize claim-related information, review possible compensation paths, and decide whether they want to be connected with a professional or firm.
No Legal Advice Or Attorney-Client Relationship
AskOwly is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not promise that a user has a valid claim. Using AskOwly does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
If a user chooses to speak with a lawyer, financial professional, or other specialist, any relationship with that third party begins only if that professional independently accepts the matter under their own engagement process.
Informational Screening Only
Screening results, estimated ranges, claim labels, and follow-up prompts are informational only. They are based on user-provided answers, configured business rules, and optional provider checks where consent is provided.
AskOwly does not guarantee representation, recovery, eligibility, settlement amounts, or claim acceptance.
Professional Referrals And Handoffs
AskOwly may present next steps or connect users with vetted legal, financial, or other service providers only when the user has consented to the relevant handoff. Users are not required to accept a referral.
Third-party professionals are responsible for their own review, communications, advice, disclosures, and regulatory compliance. AskOwly does not control their decisions or outcomes.
Accounts And Communications
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping account credentials secure. AskOwly may use the contact information a user provides to send service-related messages about screenings, account access, follow-up requests, and consented specialist coordination.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use AskOwly to submit false information, impersonate another person, scrape protected data, interfere with platform operations, or access areas they are not authorized to use.
Liability And Changes
AskOwly provides the service on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. The platform may update these terms as the product, workflows, or legal obligations change. Material updates should be reflected on this page before launch changes go live.
